Shipping & Returns

Shipping policy:

All orders are shipped as soon as the items are available. Please allow 1-3 weeks as our products are high turnover and we may need to re-order some of your items to complete your order. Additionally, orders that are being paid with Cashiers Check or Money Order will normally take up to 2 weeks longer to process due to delay of mail and bank clearance of funds. Due to the high number of Personal Checks we have received that are NSF, we regret that we will no longer accept them.

Currently, we will accept International Orders though not on a worldwide basis.  If you do NOT live in the U.S. or possessions, please email us your city and country, we will add it to the list if it is a country with dependable postal delivery.  Once completed, we will email you to be able to complete your order.

We DO ship orders for shipping addesses in the USA, APO/FPO and it's Possessions. 

We ship all products 1st Class U.S. Postal and Priority Mail if required in an effort to keep our costs as low as possible. Our shipping prices are based on the USPS rates calculated by their server.

Return Policy:

All sales on hats are FINAL for health reasons and also once a patch is added to a hat, it cannot be removed. We will accept returns on all other items provided they are not damaged or used. We will refund (less shipping) the purchase price upon recieving the items(s) return.
