If you are calling about the status of an order, please refer to the Shipping and Returns section of the site as some items are becoming more difficult to obtain. Additionally, please note that we do not take phone orders or credit card numbers over the phone as we do not have the ability to process credit cards for phone orders.

Who Are We? - About Us:
Hat N' Patch was founded in 2005. Our founders, Rod (a retired Marine Corps Master Sergeant) and Becky (a retired Marine Corps Gunnery Sergeant), were both freshly retired and looking for a second career where they could still stay in touch with military veterans. Armed with a RV stocked with hats, patches and other military gear, Rod and Becky traveled to and set up booths at VA hospitals all across the Western United States.
Rod later dusted off his coding skills and built Hat N' Patch's website. A few years later, the couple added Amazon sales to the mix.
2016 marked the next evolution of Hat N' Patch when Rod's son Chad, another recently retired Marine, and daughter-in-law Maggie, the lone Army veteran of this operation, moved from Florida to Spokane, WA to join the family business.
We have chosen PayPal as our payment processor for 2 simple reasons, they are the most secure and we don't store your payment info on our servers. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still use your credit card or debit card. Simply go through the Checkout process and when you reach the PayPal page use the 'I don't have a PayPal Account' link to complete your transaction. We do not accept Personal Checks any longer, only Cashiers Checks or Money Orders.
Special Request Information:
If you have a pin, patch, decal or whatever you have been trying to locate, we would invite you to send us and email from here and we will do our best to locate it for you. If it is a U.S. Navy vessel, we are having some luck with them (about 3 out of 5 requests). Please be patient as we receive requests daily for this service and we will answer all (positive or negative) in the order received.
Please be aware that our site currently only contains about 50% of what we have at our shows or what is available to us so we encourage you to submit your requests as we may already have it just that the image is not yet available here.
The one thing that we do ask is that you be as detailed as possible in the FULL unit (1st of the 177th doesn't get it for us), dates, locations, description of the item and so on to help us know what we are looking for so we will know it when we locate it.
